The Opportunity We are seeking a Project Coordinator eager to progress to the next step in their career toward Junior Project Manager level. You’ll work alongside experienced Project and Site Managers, coordinating fitout and refurbishment projects across Sydney from concept through to completion. This role is ideal for someone with a grounding in project delivery who’s confident managing documentation, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring smooth communication between site, design, and client teams. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with all aspects of project delivery. Coordinate documentation, RFIs, procurement, and subcontractor engagement. Assist with project programming, cost tracking, and variation management. Liaise with design teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project milestones are met. Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards across all works. About You 2–4 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator role within commercial fitout or construction. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline. Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail. Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into a Junior Project Manager role. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
