The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Estimator looking to take the next step in their career. Reporting directly to a dedicated Estimating Manager, you’ll work alongside an experienced team of estimators in a well-structured department. While the core focus will be production estimating, there will also be exposure to sales estimating and variations, providing the chance to expand your skillset in a supportive environment. Key responsibilities include: · Preparing accurate BOQs, purchase orders, and cost estimates · Managing variations and sales estimating as required · Ensuring pricing accuracy in Databuild and Planswift · Collaborating with internal teams to meet timeframes and maintain workflow efficiency · Providing technical input and maintaining compliance with building codes and company standards About You: · 2–5 years’ experience in a Production Estimating role within the residential construction sector (essential) · Strong understanding of construction processes and costs · Proficiency in Databuild, Planswift, and ideally Onsite Companion · Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills · Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and support others Why Join: This is an opportunity to join a builder with a fantastic reputation, strong leadership, and a genuine commitment to staff development.
