Manage a diverse portfolio with real career upside We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected property investment firm for a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional to take ownership of property performance, tenant relationships, and strategic value-add initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage tenant relationships, lease renewals, and compliance Oversee property presentation, maintenance, and contractor performance Monitor budgets, CAPEX, and financial reporting Conduct regular site visits and ensure statutory compliance Maintain accurate records and reporting systems Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and tenant satisfaction What We're Looking For: Certificate of Registration (or equivalent) and current Driver’s Licence Degree in Property Economics or related field (preferred) 5 years’ experience in commercial property management Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities How to Apply: To apply, simply click "Apply Now" to submit your resume.
