To support our growing portfolio, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our dedicated team. The Opportunity This is your chance to manage a premium portfolio of residential properties, primarily consisting of tidy, unfurnished apartments. You'll be a key advisor to our clients, focused on building strong relationships, providing solutions, and maximising rental returns. What you’ll do Manage a diverse portfolio , carrying out the day-to-day operations of residential properties within the Frasers Property portfolio. Build strong relationships with tenants and owners through excellent communication and outstanding customer service. Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including creating attractive online advertising, conducting viewings, processing applications, and preparing lease documents. Handle all property management tasks , including daily rent arrears management, coordinating routine inspections, and resolving tenant maintenance requests. Provide expert advice to clients by reviewing rents, completing market appraisals, and offering professional solutions to mitigate loss and manage outgoings. What you’ll bring A current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain one A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry. A valid driver's license and your own reliable car for travel to properties. Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
