We are seeking a qualified Field Service Technician with strong technical proficiency, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and effective communication skills to support both on-site and remote operations. In this pivotal position, you will offer guidance and training to frontline staff and end users within Catholic Healthcare’s Residential Aged Care facilities throughout Sydney Metropolitan and Regional New South Wales. Your demonstrated experience in a similar position with a min of Service Desk level 2 3 years’ experience in Aged Care IT role , your well-developed active listening and problem-solving skills, and your proactive approach together with your strong competency with IT hardware, software and communication technologies, particularly android devices , are essential to be considered for this position. Additionally, you will be required to hold a current Drivers Licence and have your own vehicle.
