Your primary responsibilities to include Architect and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) workflows for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes to automate identity provisioning and lifecycle management. Configure connectors for SaaS, cloud, and on-premises applications to ensure seamless and reliable identity synchronization. Develop custom rules and policies using Java BeanShell, PowerShell, and JSON to enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least privilege principles. Build secure RESTful API integrations and custom connectors to support legacy system interoperability. Monitor identity systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for scalability and reliability. Ensure IAM solutions align with Zero Trust architecture and enterprise security standards. Collaborate across Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to drive IAM modernization, while mentoring and guiding other IAM engineers. Detect and respond to identity-related security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation. Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and policies. The ideal candidate Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions. Proficient in scripting with Java BeanShell, PowerShell, and JSON for identity automation and customization. Strong knowledge of IAM principles, Zero Trust architecture, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
