About the Role APS has partnered with a large and successful Australian-owned and operated 3PL Warehousing and Logistics company to support them in hiring for multiple key positions. We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Officers and Transport Administrators . Reporting to the Operations Manager, both roles will be integral to the business, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of daily logistics and transport functions. Shifts Available 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM , Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday / Tuesday 8.30am - 2.30pm 12-month Fixed Term Contract with the potential for permanent placement after the contract period. Position 1: Customer Service Officer Duties Provide general administrative support in a fast-paced office environment Accurate data entry, word processing, and report generation using MS Excel Use of multiple software systems including Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Communicate with internal departments and stakeholders Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems Complete ad hoc duties as required Position 2: Transport Administrator Duties Schedule and coordinate daily freight movements Liaise with drivers and third-party transport providers Track and update delivery statuses in real time Ensure accurate entry of consignment and freight data into the TMS (Transport Management System) Handle transport-related enquiries from customers and internal teams Generate transport reports and resolve delivery discrepancies Assist with POD (Proof of Delivery) management and compliance documentation Provide administrative support to the transport operations team as needed Skills & Experience (Applicable to Both Roles) Previous experience in a similar administrative or logistics/transport role preferred Exposure to WMS, SAP, or TMS systems is highly desirable Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and Outlook skills Technically savvy and quick to adapt to new systems Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills About the Company Australian Personnel Solutions is a leading national staffing agency renowned for its commitment to connecting top-tier talent with exceptional companies.
