We're currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join one of our clients - a well-established company within the steel and metals distribution industry, based in Bibra Lake . This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, safety, and teamwork across all warehouse operations. About the role Location: Bibra Lake Hours: Day shift, Monday to Friday Start: ASAP Your responsibilities will include: Picking, packing and preparing steel orders for dispatch Operating forklifts and overhead cranes to move and load material (if qualified) Checking orders, labelling, and maintaining accurate paperwork Loading/unloading trucks and assisting drivers as required General yard and warehouse duties to support daily operations Working safely in line with site and company procedures What you'll need Current LF forklift licence with recent operating experience highly desirable Overhead crane experience highly desirable Previous experience in steel, manufacturing or heavy industrial warehousing preferred Ability to read and interpret order sheets accurately Reliable and physically capable of performing manual tasks Commitment to teamwork, safety, and communication on site Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen This is a casual role with full-time hours and genuine long-term potential for the right person.
