As the Manager of Data, Insights and Performance Reporting you will: Lead the provision of data collection, data analysis and program reporting to inform senior management on the performance of program outcomes, benefits and measures to ensure the delivery of quality services. Manage the work unit, staff and resources allocated to to achieve strategic and project outcomes. Lead the implementation, monitoring and review of departmental priorities and key projects. Lead the development and implementation of quality systems and procedures to ensure the effective coordination of data and responses to critical client, stakeholder and system issues. Implement effective coordination and ensure governance mechanisms are in place with program, policy and regional stakeholders to ensure effective liaison and to inform the development, monitoring and review of key business requirements. Provide advice regarding emerging issues, critical paths, project linkages and strategic opportunities and challenges. * Ensure the delivery of high-level analysis, advice and recommendations of innovative approaches to new trends and issues that impact on performance reporting of service delivery.
