What you will be doing:- Managing the administrative functions associated with the Social Housing Delivery Office including managing the corporate card, email, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, briefs and other documents through the provision of high quality confidential secretarial support.- Proactively managing and coordinating the Executive Director's electronic diary, including the pre-preparation and organisation of meetings, conference, seminars, accommodation and travel arrangements.- Assisting the Executive Director and Executive Support Officer with project work as required and providing high quality advice to staff at all levels on procedures and administrative standards.- Working closely with the Executive Support Officer to provide high quality executive support to the Executive Director and Directors.- Liaising and building strong relationships with the Office of the General Manager, Social Housing Delivery, and with officers at all levels within the department and other public and private sector organisations in relation to Office of the Executive Director activities.- Screening and interpreting telephone calls and redirecting enquiries to appropriate areas.- Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
