Your new role: As the Clinical Nurse Consultant - Endoscopy, you'll provide clinical expertise, leadership and consultancy to ensure the highest standards of patient care. You'll collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary teams to drive quality, education and innovation within the Endoscopy specialty. You will: Lead and deliver advanced clinical care and support across the Endoscopy Unit. Provide expert advice, mentoring and education to nursing and healthcare teams. Coordinate and evaluate evidence-based practice, policies, and clinical standards. Champion quality and safety improvements across gastroenterology services. About you: You are an experienced and compassionate clinical leader with a passion for advancing endoscopy care and empowering others through mentorship and evidence-based practice. You will have: A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. An advanced clinical expertise and leadership in endoscopy nursing.
