Acting as an advisor from first inquiry through to underwriting and policy activation, you will: Guide doctors through quoting, application, and the underwriting process in partnership with Business Development Managers (BDMs) at Australia’s largest insurers. Offer comparison quotes, and support sales with factual product comparisons. Deliver administrative support for a closed portfolio, maintaining high standards of compliance. Contribute directly to the sale of Life, TPD, Income Protection, Trauma, and Children’s Insurance. Key Challenges Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline of medical professionals and supporting their insurance journey end-to-end. Clearly differentiating our factual comparison service in a competitive, niche market. Capturing the attention of high-achieving, time-poor clients on matters beyond clinical practice. Key Accountabilities Manage inbound and outbound client calls, providing knowledgeable, professional general advice. Triage member needs, escalating to Risk Specialists when personal advice is required. Own the insurance quote and application process, ensuring compliance and outstanding service. Achieve personal sales targets and help strengthen the client’s presence and reputation in the insurance space. About You Qualifications & Experience: RG146 Tier 1 accreditation in Life Insurance or Superannuation (or willingness to attain). Experience in Life Insurance or broad Financial Services. Prior sales and member/client services experience (medical, insurance, or professional services sector ideal). Understanding of the insurance needs and working style of medical professionals — strongly valued. Skills & Personal Traits: Proven sales achievement and a growth mindset. Strong relationship-building, networking, and negotiation strengths. Technical business development and stakeholder management capabilities.
