The Role As Sales Support (Technical Products), you’ll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From processing customer orders and preparing quotes to maintaining CRM accuracy and assisting with product enquiries, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders alike. Your day-to-day will include: Responding to customer enquiries and processing sales orders promptly and accurately Preparing quotes, landed cost sheets, and freight calculations Managing and updating customer and order data in ERP/CRM systems Following up on outstanding quotes, orders, and backorders Supporting the sales team with administrative and communication tasks Collaborating with other departments to ensure delivery timelines and customer expectations are met This is a great opportunity to join a stable and reputable organisation that values teamwork, initiative, and customer care.
