We’re partnering with an established hospitality group with stunning Sydney waterfront venues to recruit a Corporate Sales Manager. You’ll take ownership of the corporate conferencing and event sales function - managing inbound enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from first contact through to handover. This role is perfect for a confident sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys autonomy, and is motivated by driving revenue through strong client relationships. The Role Manage a high volume of inbound corporate event enquiries (20–50 per week) and convert them into confirmed bookings Prepare proposals, contracts, and client documentation with accuracy and professionalism Conduct venue site inspections and represent the brand with confidence Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to meet revenue targets Focus solely on sales - event coordination is handled by a dedicated team The Candidate 2–5 years’ experience in venue, hotel, or event sales within the corporate market Strong understanding of F&B packages and event structures Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion targets Excellent communication, relationship management, and attention to detail Commercially minded and confident with numbers Stable and reliable career history within the local hospitality industry Salary $80,000–$100,000 super performance incentives THE MONDAY GROUP is a specialist recruitment agency and executive search firm for the events, experiential marketing, hotel & hospitality industries.
