The Opportunity. Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our Field sales team based in Sydney. You'll play a key role supporting our Retail Bakery and Grocery Sales teams — helping to coordinate communications, track performance, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a great role for someone who's organised, detail-oriented and hungry to learn how a major FMCG business operates day-to-day. What You Will Do Coordinate weekly and monthly promotional communications for the Field Sales team. Support campaign activations with clear, engaging briefs and selling tools. Manage trackers for budgets, planning, and performance. Provide accurate reporting and insights to help drive results. Streamline processes and communication to make the team even more effective. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across varied locations. What You Will Bring Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence using Excel and managing data. A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement. High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude. An eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced FMCG business. FMCG or sales support experience is a bonus — but not essential.
