Our Claims Consulting team is expanding! Due to our growth and increasing client base, we are hiring a Sydney-based RTW Coordinator. You will be joining a knowledgeable and supportive team who work with a range of National clients, assisting with all matters in return to work and injury management. About You: Mandatory: minimum 5 years experience working in the NSW workers compensation scheme RTW coordination experience and/or self-insurance knowledge (essential) Allied health background (not essential though highly regarded) Ability to work independently in a high volume role Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail This is a permanent role working 4 days per work, though we are open to applicants who are seeking a full time position. We offer flexibility with hours and working from home, however candidates must be able to work onsite with clients as requested, including attending case conferences and workplace visits. The Role: Day to day you will be: Providing quality case management within the Australian jurisdictions for Workers Compensation Supporting people to recover and RTW and pre-injury activities for both work related and non-work related injuries Working to implement return to work plans in the workplaces, supporting workers as they recover at work Assisting employers to meet their obligations as required under Workers Compensation legislation Liaising with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
