ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Piling Construction Superintendent in Perth, WA. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site piling and ground engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and supervise on-site piling construction activities. Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and legislative requirements. Provide technical guidance and solutions across piling and heavy foundation projects. Manage site resources, including workforce, equipment, and training. Monitor project performance, budgets, and schedules. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Mentor and motivate supervisors and site teams. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in construction supervision or management within piling or geotechnical projects. Tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of commercial, contractual, and project management processes. Construction Induction (White Card) and relevant High-Risk Work Licences. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
