We are currently seeking an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join our team based at our corporate office - Footscray VIC. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial enquiry through to ongoing care coordination. You will play a key part in nurturing referral healthcare network relationships, managing sales leads and contributing to marketing and sales strategies for both our Residential Home and Retirement Living businesses. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain quality client relationships with business and referral sources in conjunction with the Residential Aged Care Home Managers with a view to ensuring that each capitalise on every opportunity for new and existing business. · Develop and maintain relevant marketing and admissions material and documentation including brochures, fact sheets, resident admission packs, media releases and presentation material. · Record, document and monitor all enquiries in the Salesforce CRM program that relate to residential, retirement living, and home care. · Co-ordinate and administer resident admissions for Doutta Galla Homes across the Melbourne Metropolitan and regional Victoria. · Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, offering guidance on care options and services · Support new residents through the admission and transition process with empathy and clarity · Work closely with care staff, administration, and management to ensure smooth communication across teams · Help promote a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents The Successful Candidate will have the following experience and skills: · Previous experience in healthcare, residential aged care, home care or hospital sector. · Experience as an Occupancy Admissions/Sales Coordinator, Social Worker/Discharge Planner, Relationship Officer or similar role. · Bachelor of Social Work, Business Administration or equivalent will be well regarded · Experience in and/or ability to liaise and negotiate with residents, families, clinical staff, managers, councils, aged care referral services, external allied health professionals and Government representatives. · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional approach · Ability to manage sensitive conversations with care and discretion · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel) Why Join Us? · Salary packaging options to increase your take-home pay. · Supportive and inclusive team culture. · Rewarding career opportunities with ongoing training and career development. · Purpose-driven work in a respected organisation · Flexible workplace with work life balance Apply Today If you’re ready to bring your skills, compassion, and commitment to us, we’d love to hear from you.
