The Company Our client is a not for profit that provides invaluable support to communities navigating a variety of challenges across Victoria. They have over 40 sites and a head office in the western inner-city suburbs. The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will provide essential support in coordinating day-to-day facilities management across their 40 sites. You will support the process of currently opening and closing various sites across the city. This is a temporary role starting ASAP for 2 months minimum, working Monday-Friday, 3 days in the office & 2 from home per week. Duties Some of your key duties will include: Coordinating day-to-day facilities management across our sites (liaising with landlords, contractors, and staff). Overseeing site maintenance, repairs, and compliance matters. Supporting site closures and relocations where required. Providing general administrative support for property and facilities tasks. Your Profile To be a successful candidate you must have: Previous experience in a similar Facilities Coordinator role - 3 years minimum Previous experience providing coordination support across multiple sites Tech savvy, experience using multiple systems Be immediately available to start!
