About the Role In this strategic role, you will lead the integration of physical and digital workplace solutions, aligning space, technology, and policy to enable high-performing, hybrid work environments. You will work closely with senior leaders, project managers, People & Culture, Student Systems and other stakeholders across the University to deliver workplace designs that support teaching, learning, research, and student experience. About You You are a forward-thinking leader with extensive experience in workplace strategy, space management, and project delivery . You excel at engaging stakeholders, managing change, and aligning workplace solutions to organisational goals. What You’ll Bring to the Role Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent extensive experience in workplace modernisation, space planning, or project management. Demonstrated expertise in integrating physical and digital resources to deliver modern workplace solutions. Proven project management skills in complex environments, with the ability to translate strategy into deliverable projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive change. Commitment to customer service and delivering results in alignment with strategic objectives. A current Employee Working with Children Check.
