THE ROLE The Project Manager plays a key role in delivering the Energy Efficiency in Social Housing Program, a transformative initiative supporting the Victorian Government's Gas Substitution Strategy. By helping to electrify 11,000 homes and complete over 50,000 upgrades energy efficient upgrades, this role contributes to reducing social housing renters' cost of living, improving the comfort and health of their homes, and shaping a more sustainable future. As part of an innovative and collaborative team, the Project Manager will tackle new challenges, manage contractor compliance, reviewing scope of works reports and ensuring that every home upgraded under the program meets high standards of quality and efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on communities across Victoria while working on a first-of-its-kind initiative. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE  With the guidance of the Senior Project Manager, manage contractors to ensure they meet their deliverables, adhering to project timelines, quality standards, and scope requirements, ensuring the program achieves it's targets of 11,000 homes upgraded and 50,000 upgrades.  Assessing a high volume of scope of works reports provided by our contractors to determine these meet the program requirements, offer value for money and improved thermal comfort benefit. * Engage directly with renters, capturing their feedback and guiding them through their home electrification journey.
