Your role within the team: This is an immersive 2-year journey exploring different opportunities within our Translational Science & Research department. This role offers hands-on experience in bridging cutting-edge science with product innovation, helping translate evidence into meaningful consumer health outcomes. You’ll work across diverse environments— from our Collingwood Head Office and Ravenhall Operations site to flexible remote work. Rotation Details Your Rotation will include but not be limited to: Scientific Literature & Claims Development: Conduct targeted literature reviews and evidence evaluations to support new product concepts, ingredient positioning, and regulatory-compliant health claims across key markets. Innovation & Product Development: Partner with R&D, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to help translate emerging science into next-generation nutraceutical concepts and formulations. Clinical & Real-World Evidence (RWE): Support the running of clinical and RWE studies, learning how our homegrown scientific evidence underpins claims, innovation, and global market growth. Ideal Candidate: Recent graduate in Nutrition, Health Science, Biomedical Science, Pharmacology, or a related scientific field. Strong analytical, writing, and critical-thinking skills, with a passion for evidence-based innovation. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a multidisciplinary, fast-paced scientific environment.
