Your role within the team This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and gain hands-on experience across eRetail and Retail Media – working directly with our retailers including Chemist Warehouse, Woolworths, and Amazon to deliver best-in-class omni-channel brand experience and drive online sales growth Rotation Details Over a two-year journey, you will gain experience across several areas, including: Digital Shelf: Supporting optimised content development for digital shelf and digital brand experience. Retail Media: Developing and executing Retail Media plans – driving improved media effectiveness and ROI. Performance Measurement and Analysis: Diving deep into measurement tools, building and updating custom dashboards to inform strategic decisions and performance optimisations. eCategory Development: Working with Digital Managers across each account to identify and unlock online category growth opportunities. Most importantly, you’ll be joining the team at an exciting time of transformation as we continue to test and learn, challenge category norms, build business capability, and drive excellence alongside our commercial teams, retailers, and industry partners.
