The position available is: Closed-term full-time (6 month contract) Working Monday to Friday Based in Camperdown Attractive salary of $100,700 per annum Super Tax-Free Salary Packaging. About the Opportunity The Project Officer – Accommodation Services will assist with project development as directed by the Regional Manager – Accommodation. Partnering with Sydney Local Health District, the position will lead efforts to enhance Collaborative Care Planning in Flourish Australia’s Accommodation Services. This role involves working with people accessing services, carers, clinicians, and community organisations to implement person-led approaches and improve mental health outcomes. On a day to day basis, you will: Coordination, administrative and research activities to assist in the timely completion of specific projects or initiatives. Assisting in monitoring and tracking the projects deliverables and outcomes including preparation of reports in relation to schedule and resources. Research and analyse best practice models both locally and internationally. Develop standardised tools and documentation for collaborative care planning. Trial and refine processes within partnership accommodation units. Support scalability across the Sydney Local Health District and the wider Statewide PCLI network. Reporting fortnightly to key stakeholders of the progress of the project. Identifying suitable models of service for the project assigned. Strengthening and diversifying our partnerships with key stakeholders and other local organisations and services. Supporting the Regional Manager and staff with evaluation processes. Monitoring the outcome of implemented strategies. Navigating, influencing and negotiating with public sector and community-based services for the delivery of appropriate supports in accordance with an individual’s recovery goals. Developing, implementing and reviewing recommendations from service reviews with guidance of the Program Manager. Playing a key role in the performance of the program to meet project milestones, delivering tangible benefits. Working collaboratively with all Accommodation Services team members.
