As a Therapeutic House Supervisor , you’ll be at the heart of a trauma-informed, healing-focused environment—guiding a dedicated team and supporting young people who’ve experienced significant adversity. We provide flexible working options where 3 days of the week will be spent in the allocated house and 2 remaining days can be worked from home or any of our offices. EMPOWER YOUTH. BUILD FUTURES. What Your Days Will Look Like: Lead and supervise the daily operations of a therapeutic residential home in Sydney Metro. Mentor and coach Youth Workers, helping them grow into confident, capable professionals. Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance with child protection and safety standards. Advocate for the rights and well-being of children and young people in your care. Collaborate with Therapeutic Specialist & Case Manager to facilitate young people’s care and therapeutic case plans. What You’ll Bring: A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Social Welfare (or a relevant Diploma in Community Services plus a graduate certificate in trauma or child protection). Min. 3 years of experience working with vulnerable children and young people. Min. 2 years of experience team leadership experience in an Out Of Home Care setting. A strong understanding of trauma-informed care, child protection, and crisis management. An unrestricted Australian drivers licence and access to own car. Why Join Us?
