NSCG Maintenance Services is a well-established property maintenance and construction company based in Sydney. We provide professional, high-quality maintenance, cleaning and building services to a diverse range of residential and commercial clients across New South Wales. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team of professionals. SKILLS : Developing and implementing advertising, marketing, and sales strategies in consultation with senior management. Planning, directing and coordinating sales and marketing activities across multiple service lines. Analysing market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify business opportunities. Establishing pricing strategies, sales targets, and promotional campaigns. Overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing materials, digital campaigns and promotional activities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders. Monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and making recommendations for continuous improvement. Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. We are not looking to train someone for this position so you must have demonstrated experience in a similar senior-level role. We are offering a competitive salary of $75,000 - $80,000 per annum for the right candidate. Please note that this is a permanent and full-time position.
