We are looking for an experienced and diligent Contract Administrator to join our growing team of professionals. SKILLS: You must have an excellent understanding of all aspects of contract administration, including: Preparing, reviewing, interpreting and negotiating variations to contracts, subcontracts and project agreements Managing contractual documentation, records, registers, correspondence and contract change requests/variations Coordinating with internal stakeholders (project managers, operations, finance) and external parties (suppliers, contractors, clients) to ensure contractual obligations are met Monitoring contract performance, deadlines, deliverables, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and applicable legislation/regulations Analysing risks, resolving contract issues, responding to inquiries, and advising management as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office, contract management systems or project administration software Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Professional presentation, punctuality and a strong work ethic We are not looking to train someone for this position — you must have demonstrable experience in a similar, high-level contract administration role. You must be professional and take pride in your work and appearance. We are offering a competitive salary of $75,000 – $80,000 per annum for the right candidate. Please note that this is a permanent and full-time position.
