Lead and manage a team of lifestyle staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality programs. Develop and regularly review resident care plans, ensuring each individual’s profile is comprehensive and up-to-date. Organise internal events and day trips that foster community engagement and enhance residents' well-being. Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain quality documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. About You: You will hold Cert IV in Leisure & Health with experience working within Aged Care in Australia Strong leadership skills with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for aged care residents. Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
