Job Type Contractor About the role We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Inala area to support a male participant to live independently within their shared independent living home. What you need Current references Mobile phone Must be able to drive a modified vehicle, disability van (mandatory) Willing and able to swim and assist participant in hydrotherapy (mandatory) Current driver's license and your own car (mandatory) NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory) First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory) Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing Paid Working with Childrens check or willing to obtain (mandatory) Days/Hours Shift times available are: 8am to 330pm Mondays 315pm to 10pm Tuesdays and alternate Saturday 10am-2pm Wednesdays (hydrotherapy) Please indicate your avaliablity in the application form.
