About the Role - This pivotal executive leadership role will shape and influence operational excellence and service delivery across our growing network of residences. Reporting directly to the Executive GM Operations, the General Manager of Operations is a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for overseeing operational performance across our Queensland residences , which currently include: Narangba, QLD Jimboomba, QLD Maryborough, QLD and future Queensland developments You’ll ensure our homes consistently deliver high-quality care and services, operate efficiently, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards — while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You bring strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to inspire others to deliver quality outcomes. In addition you will have: Demonstrated experience in a multi-site leadership role within the aged care sector. Strong understanding of the aged care regulatory and accreditation frameworks . Exceptional people leadership and interpersonal skills , with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams. Proven ability to manage financial and operational performance across multiple services. Excellent planning, organisational, and change management skills . High-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills . Strong attention to detail and comfort with technology and data-driven decision making.
