About the Project Parklife Metro JV is leading the delivery of the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport project, a landmark infrastructure development connecting St Marys to Bradfield , integrating seamlessly with the new Western Sydney Airport , currently under construction. This visionary $5 billion project is being delivered through a joint venture between Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild . It includes the construction of six new stations, a fleet of 12 state-of-the-art metro trains, cutting-edge rail systems, and a new stabling and maintenance facility at Orchard Hills. The Opportunity Employed by Webuild , Parklife Metro is seeking an experienced and driven Document Controller to join our team at the Sydney CBD Office . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in the Document Control team, supporting one of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects. You'll ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of all document control functions, while also mentoring and guiding junior team members. Key Responsibilitie Manage document control processes including registration, tracking, distribution, and archiving of project documents Ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation in accordance with project standards and procedures Assist with onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers, including training on document control requirements Support the project team with system access management (onboarding/offboarding) Monitor document compliance and ensure all records are maintained correctly in TeamBinder Generate and review routine reports (e.g., audits, overdue actions) to track performance and compliance Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on document control procedures and systems Liaise with the wider Document Control team to ensure consistency across project deliverables Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to project information security standards About You Minimum 3–5 years' document control experience , ideally on major infrastructure or construction projects Proficient in document control systems such as TeamBinder , Aconex , or similar Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across various teams and stakeholders Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to support team goals Understanding of document filing and records management techniques What’s Next?
