We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Portfolio Management Officer to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) — the team that drives governance, assurance, and performance across the project portfolio. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping projects succeed from initiation to completion, supporting both delivery teams and executives with the right tools, processes, and insights to make informed decisions. As a key member of the EPMO, you will: Coordinate Project Lifecycles: Guide and support projects through the phases of the SJOGHC project delivery lifecycle from initiation through transition into operations (BAU). Enhance Project Quality & Assurance: Conduct quality assurance reviews, assess project reports and deliverables, and ensure alignment with our delivery frameworks and governance standards. Maintain and Improve EPMO Assets: Support the continuous improvement of our key frameworks, templates, tools, and document repositories to make project delivery simpler and more effective. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, strengthen governance, and improve the way our EPMO operates. Provide Expert Support & Insights: Manage project service requests, maintain our portfolio management systems, and assist with reporting and analytics that inform executive decision-making.
