As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you’ll play a key role in connecting organisations and individuals with solutions that improve mental wellbeing. This is an entry-level role with a mix of outbound prospecting , inbound lead engagement , and an individual sales target . It’s perfect for someone passionate about mental health and eager to build a career in sales. We’re Looking for a SDR Who Can Do: Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Reignite interest from dormant customers and drive re-engagement Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and guide them through the next steps. Lead Qualification: Understand client needs and assess fit for our mental health and wellness programs. Sales Contribution: Manage a portfolio of opportunities and close deals to meet a modest individual target. Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings for Leaders and ensure smooth handover. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and account teams to optimise lead generation and conversion strategies.
