Our client, a leading Retaining Wall client seeking an experienced Rock Wall Builders to join their Sunshine Coast team. This is a casual full-time position based from Gympie to Northern Brisbane. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret design plans and technical drawings to construct rock retaining walls using various materials such as stone (J block, Sandstone, Bushrock, Baulderstone) and concrete sleeper. Accurately measure and mark out work areas to ensure precise placement of retaining wall components. Operate machinery and tools, including excavators, jackhammers, and power tools, safely and efficiently. Work closely with project managers, landscapers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised job site, complying with all safety regulations and procedures. Communicate professionally with clients, providing high-quality service and addressing any queries or concerns. What we are looking for Experience in retaining wall construction or a similar construction role. Competent in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings - desirable Skilled in using a wide range of tools and construction equipment. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges. Committed to safety and well-versed in WHS standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
