Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we’re looking for a Civil Designer / Drafter to join our Pre-Contracts team at our Sunshine Coast Head Office. As a Civil Designer / Drafter, you’ll play a key role in the early phases of project development working alongside project managers, engineers, and our pre-contracts team to create practical, cost-effective, and innovative design alternatives that stand out in a competitive market. This role offers a clear pathway for progression within the Pre-Contracts space and the chance to collaborate with some of the country’s leading civil engineering and development companies. Key Responsibilities: Earthworks modelling Trunk service modelling 3D visualisations and renders Retaining wall calculations Clash detection and resolution Design reviews and alternative design proposals Identifying and implementing new or improved technologies What We’re Looking For: Experience in civil design/drafting (subdivision experience highly regarded) Proficiency in AutoCAD and 12D Strong ability to identify design risks, propose alternatives, and deliver improved project outcomes Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage confidently across all levels High attention to detail and solid numerical skills Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities What's in it for you?
