We’re known for precise workmanship, smooth project delivery, and tidy, respectful work sites. The role You’ll handle end-to-end wall and floor tiling across bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Work includes set-out, substrate prep, waterproofing coordination, cutting, laying, grouting, and finishes to a premium residential standard. You’ll liaise with site supervisors and other trades to meet timelines and quality benchmarks. Duties • Read plans, confirm set-outs, and prepare substrates • Cut, lay, and grout ceramic, porcelain, stone, and mosaic tiles • Execute neat edges, mitres, trims, and movement joints • Coordinate with waterproofers and ensure compliant finishes • Maintain tools, keep work areas clean, and follow WHS procedures • Inspect completed work, rectify defects, and meet handover deadlines Skills • Strong eye for detail and finishing standards • Confident with laser levels, set-out, and tolerances • Proficient cutting skills (wet saws, grinders, score-and-snap) • Sound knowledge of adhesives, grouts, membranes, and trims • Reliable, organised, and able to work to schedule • Clear communication with clients, supervisors, and other trades Qualifications and experience • Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (or equivalent), or solid trade-qualified experience • 1 years’ residential tiling experience preferred • Construction White Card; driver’s licence Other Applicants must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
