The Role We are seeking a passionate Pizza Chef who takes pride in traditional pizza-making - hand-rolling dough, fermenting, stretching, topping, and firing pizzas from scratch. This is not a role for shortcuts; we're looking for chefs who can bring authentic craft, consistency, and quality to our pizza offering. As part of a new opening, you'll play a key role in setting kitchen standards, ensuring a consistent, well-executed product, and fostering a supportive, high-performance kitchen culture.
