Key duties include: Providing a welcoming and helpful presence for visitors. Conducting thorough patrols of facilities and public areas . Monitoring safety regulations and guiding public behaviour. Responding to incidents as a first responder and providing detailed reports. Managing access control and safeguarding restricted areas. Certifications: Current First Aid, CPR, and RSA Competency Card . A valid NSW Driver’s Licence . Excellent customer service and communication skills .
