Our client, Australia’s leading manufacturer and distributor of reinforcing steel products, is seeking a Steel Loader / Overhead Crane Operator to join their busy team in Wollongong. This is a casual, ongoing dayshift role . Shift & Pay: Dayshift: 7:00am – 3:00pm $36.34 per hour What You’ll Be Doing: Safely loading and unloading reinforcing and structural steel onto trucks using an overhead/gantry crane Carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment Following all site safety procedures and PPE requirements Working closely with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in steel loading or operating an overhead/gantry crane (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads Reliable, punctual, and willing to work 5 days per week Full Australian work rights with no restrictions Ready to get started?
