We are currently seeking a motivated and switched-on Graduate Solicitor / Junior Solicitor to join our team and work closely with our Managing Director, an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in litigation while working under the guidance of an industry expert. Key Responsibilities Will Include Liaising directly with clients and providing a high level of service and care.Managing diaries, scheduling, and case progression.Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, and court documents.Assisting with monthly billing and trust accounting processes.Conducting file reviews, case preparation, and ensuring compliance with practice standards.Handling administrative tasks including scanning, emailing, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. To Be Considered For This Role, You Will Demonstrate The ability to work on a full-time basis.Prior exposure to litigation or personal injury law (highly regarded).Strong proficiency with MS Office applications.A client-focused mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Previous experience using LEAP software (essential).Excellent organisational skills, including strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise competing deadlines, and manage multiple matters simultaneously.A proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships, both internally and externally.A friendly, approachable, and team-oriented nature.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.The ability to speak another language (preferred but not essential).
