Assess medical, contractual, and occupational details to make informed decisions. Conduct phone interviews to understand member needs and support return-to-work planning. Communicate clearly with members, employers, and health professionals. Champion process improvements and contribute to a positive team culture. You have proven experience in life, disability, or income protection claims. You have strong analytical and decision-making skills. You're an excellent, clear and compassionate communicator, both written and verbal. You have the ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining accuracy.
