A full-time position exists for a self-motivated, reliable, hard worker in a leading manufacturing company located in the Midland area. Ideally prior experience with rotational moulding or trades backgrounds would be preferred, however applicants with an extensive past use of hand and power tools along with a mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn will also suit the role. Full training will be provided. Successful applicants should: Have an ability to work unsupervised or with a team Be available to work Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm Have the drive and energy to learn all aspects of the role Have the ability to use hand and power tools Be physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs Demonstrate excellent time management skills Show good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously Have a flexible nature & positive attitude Have an ability to read, comprehend and follow work instructions Be able to perform basic mathematical calculations Show the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or table form. Have previous plastics manufacturing experience - preferred but not essential Hold a valid forklift license - preferred but not essential Show an interest in and capacity to learn the Moulding Specialist role over time
