Administration Coordinator – Bassendean, WA A leading company in timber processing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administration Coordinator to provide accurate administrative and financial support at their Bassendean site. In this role, you will ensure operational documents, timesheets, and reports are processed and maintained to a high standard while supporting management with reporting and office systems. Hours and Duration: Required on-site, 5 days per week, 4 hours per day – flexible on hours Start Date: ASAP Expected End Date: 30 September 2026 Key Responsibilities: Enter and file incoming timber dockets, production sheets, and remittance advices daily. Process supplier invoices after approval and archive accordingly. Record staff and labour hire hours in spreadsheets and Zoom online timesheets. Generate and distribute customer statements and supplier invoices monthly. Print and review debtors reports, negative inventory, and other operational reports. Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and toiletry supplies. Maintain organized filing and archiving systems for operational documents. Support end-of-month reporting for management review. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently in line with company standards. Key Requirements: Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative, data management, and financial processing experience. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage daily and monthly workloads. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a small team.
