The Role We are seeking an organised and proactive Warehouse Storeperson / Logistics Coordinator to play a pivotal role in stock management, procurement, and logistics operations. This position is essential in ensuring our branches and supply chain run smoothly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Receive and dispatch goods efficiently and accurately Store products in allocated locations using appropriate equipment and handling methods Prepare orders for shipment, schedule and track inbound/outbound deliveries, optimise routes, and select suitable shipping methods for both imports and exports Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stocktakes Develop and implement improvements in transportation, storage, and distribution processes Negotiate with suppliers and freight companies for improved pricing and service levels Assist the Sales and Service teams by placing purchase orders and preparing quotations Skills Required Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and related technologies Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills for liaising with team members, suppliers, and customers Awareness of road transport, customs, and international trade regulations Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities High attention to detail, with accurate counting, labelling, and inventory recording Physical capability to lift and move stock items Qualifications & Experience Experience in fast-paced environments (preferred) Training provided for candidates with a positive, can-do attitude Background in logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, or inventory management (desirable) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software Why Join Us?
