About the Role We’re seeking versatile and skilled Caravan Technicians to join our workshop. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to the assembly, repair, and fit-out of premium caravans, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards. Hours: Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 2:06pm Key Responsibilities Depending on your skills and experience, duties may include: Assembling and repairing caravans, internal/external fitting, cabinetry work. Installing and repairing 12V / 240V electrical systems. Fitting awnings, doors, drawers, benchtops, and other caravan components. Performing warranty repairs and quality assurance inspections. Reading and interpreting technical drawings. Measuring, cutting, and fabricating components to specification. Cleaning and detailing caravans prior to delivery. Available Roles We’re hiring across multiple positions: All-Rounder Caravan Repair Technicians Qualified Electricians (A-Grade) – 12V/240V systems, rough-in and fit-off. Doors & Drawers Assemblers – fitting hinges, handles, and cabinetry components. Benchtop Installers – measuring, cutting, assembling, and routing. Quality Assurance Inspectors – final inspections, defect reporting, and compliance checks. Professional Detailers & Cleaners – interior and exterior detailing of caravans. Skills and Experience (All Roles) Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience (caravan, cabinetmaking, electrical, or similar trade). High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings. Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Motivated, self-starter with excellent time management. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Current driver’s licence and reliable transport. Desirable: Professional cabinetmaking experience. A-Grade electrical qualification.
