Our client is a leading global automotive OEM, is seeking a Senior Vehicle Integration Engineer with proven EV experience to join their Product Development division. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead complex integration programs, guide cross-functional engineering teams, and make critical decisions that balance performance, compliance, cost, and customer experience , all within the fast-evolving world of electrification. Key Responsibilities Execute the global Product Excellence Strategy for next-generation electrified vehicles , from product concept through to customer experience delivery. Partner with Feature Application teams to ensure EV features and software meet program and customer requirements. Define and cascade target ranges and experience enablers across Attribute, Marketing, and Human-Centred Design teams. Lead and track Vehicle Attribute Plans (analytical/physical assessments, sign-off requirements, milestone timing). Drive vehicle attribute delivery to ensure the intended EV customer experience while achieving regulatory, corporate, and cost targets. Guide and support cross-functional teams, enabling on-time, quality program delivery. About You Must have: Strong knowledge of Electrified Vehicle Systems & Architectures – batteries, e-drives, charging, cooling, DC/DC, modules. Minimum 7 years’ industry experience in automotive or related engineering roles. Proven leadership of large, cross-functional project teams in a complex engineering environment. Experience with Ford processes and systems (Global Integrator, FEDE, AIMS, etc.) highly regarded. Extensive vehicle evaluation expertise (R202), with strong skills in root cause analysis. Solid foundation in systems engineering and ability to translate customer inputs into viable program assumptions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Broad, enterprise-level understanding of the automotive industry and EV market dynamics. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or related).
