What You’ll Be Doing Providing friendly and professional technical support to customers via phone, SMS, email, social media, and more. Troubleshooting internet and phone service issues in a call centre environment. Using a ticketing system to manage and document customer interactions. Collaborating with Team Leaders and following established processes. Liaising with third-party providers like NBN to resolve service issues. ✅ What We’re Looking For Experience in a technical support or customer service role. Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others. Familiarity with NBN technologies (fibre, copper, wireless, satellite) is highly valued. Understanding of internet technologies such as: TCP/IP, DHCP, PPPoE, DNS Home networking (Wi-Fi setup, router/modem configuration) VoIP services Desirable Skills Background in Information Technology.
