The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and values-driven Operations Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. As the CEO’s deputy, you will ensure our statewide operations, systems, and infrastructure run smoothly and efficiently, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation. You will lead a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities • Act as delegated operational decision-maker in the CEO’s absence • Lead annual operational planning, execution, and review • Oversee all operational service delivery functions, ensuring professional, agile, and responsive services • Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to embed best practice and continuous improvement • Drive public health messaging and advocacy in partnership with the Communications Lead • Provide direct oversight of CRM, IT systems, and reporting to funding bodies • Lead workflow redesign and AI-driven solutions for operational efficiency • Ensure compliance with legislative, funding, and contractual requirements • Foster a culture of reflection, supervision, professional development, and ethics • Engage with sector networks, government, and community partners ____ Drive, Embed, and Support Lived Experience Voice and Practice EDQ is committed to ensuring that lived experience is at the heart of everything we do.
