As Senior Manager, Governance, you’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining the governance framework across our Commercial Bank. You’ll lead the coordination of risk committees, forums and executive reporting, ensuring governance processes are robust, well-documented and aligned with regulatory expectations. This full-time role is based in Sydney, with flexibility to work from home as needed. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality papers for senior leadership and board-level committees, managing governance registers, and driving continuous improvement across our governance practices. What do I need? To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a mix of governance expertise, strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Strong governance experience in a large, complex organisation, ideally within financial services. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise and insightful papers. Proven ability to manage multiple committees, forums or governance processes with precision. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating shifting priorities. Why join us?
