We are currently seeking Experienced Beef Boners / Slicers to join our team at our processing facility in Osborne Park. This is an immediate start position, offering an attractive salary . RESPONSIBILITY Perform beef boning /slicing operations according to company standards and guidelines. Utilise knives and other cutting tools to efficiently separate beef carcasses into various cuts. Ensure precision and accuracy in meat portioning to meet customer specifications. Adhere to quality control measures, inspecting beef products for any defects or abnormalities. Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and maintain a smooth workflow. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following strict hygiene and safety protocols. ABOUT YOU Previous experience as a beef boner /slicer or in a similar meat processing role is preferred. Strong knowledge of beef cuts and portioning techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy carcasses as required. Physically fit with ability to complete repetitive motion tasks with hands and wrists. Ability and willingness to work in a cold environment. Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical.
